Spanning in excess of two decades, Grant Wilson’s career focus has been directed on workplace investigations. Highly respected within Australia and internationally, Grant is recognised as a specialist in managing and overseeing investigations.

Grant’s investigations have traversed the globe, leading teams of Rio Tinto investigators in Australia, Asia, the Americas, Europe and Africa as an ethics and integrity and workplace investigator; and in Papua New Guinea and Laos in other roles as a Risk, HR, Security and Human Rights Investigations Specialist. The scope of the investigations focused on serious and complex ethics and integrity breaches such as bribery, corruption and fraud as well as compliance and workplace conduct. As a subject matter expert, Grant was also responsible for case allocation and management globally for the Whistleblower Program.
