As a lawyer in Ashurst’s Employment Law Team, Rachel advised clients across a broad range of industries in both private and public sectors on a vast scope of workplace issues. Rachel assisted her clients in managing industrial action, redundancies and workplace restructures, and responded to a variety of employment law disputes.

As Principal Lawyer in Crown Law’s Workplace Law Team, Rachel assisted State Government departments in investigating and managing employee misconduct and resolving bullying, harassment and discrimination complaints. Rachel regularly advised on the handling of discipline and grievance processes as well as industrial disputes, workers’ compensation appeals and unfair dismissal claims.
