As a barrister specialising in commercial, workplace and administrative law, Susan has led numerous large-scale investigations across a range of private sector industries, including financial services. Susan’s investigations have spanned matters from breaches of contract, negligence, breaches of competition and consumer law to issues arising in building and construction and matters in the health and education sectors under anti-discrimination legislation.
