Susannah has worked exclusively in employment, IR and discrimination law since the mid 1990s. Her career experience has been gained working in large law firms, a national industry association and operating her own specialist employment law practice,  covering an expansive range of industries including: rail, transport, energy, construction, retail, manufacturing, education and civil contracting.

Susannah’s experience as both a specialist legal adviser and senior manager mean that she is able to foster effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels. With more than 20 years’ experience in employment law, Susannah is able to sensitively and professionally deal with investigations involving complex legal and interpersonal issues.
