Adam Fairhurst brings extensive executive and senior management experience in corruption, criminal, and workplace investigations to his role as a Workplace Investigator at Q Workplace Solutions.
Adam has almost 30 years’ experience leading
investigation functions in government departments and private firms, including at one of the world’s largest forensic practices.
He has wide-ranging career experience dealing with misconduct, corruption, and criminal investigations, fraud risks, compliance and governance in Australia and overseas.
He has also led integrity and ethical standards functions in three Queensland Government departments managing all aspects of employee misconduct investigations.
Adam began his career in law enforcement, primarily as a Detective, conducting criminal investigations across New South Wales and Queensland – building a network of trusted contacts who he continues to draw on in his current work.
Adam is also experienced in conducting workplace culture reviews.
