She is a meticulous fact-finder adept at managing complex trauma-informed investigations involving allegations of sexual harassment, racial discrimination and bullying with multiple complainants and respondents, as well as forensic-based investigations involving the collection and analysis of thousands of documents, supported by technical and digital experts.
