Edwina Sully brings wide ranging litigation and advisory experience in areas including public sector employment law, coronial inquests and complex police disciplinary and administrative processes to her role at Q Workplace Solutions.
Edwina is a meticulous Workplace Investigator who approaches her role with integrity, impartiality, empathy and rigour. She has led investigations into employee misconduct, including complaints of sexual harassment, bullying, fraud and misuse of resources.
Edwina is an integral member of our workplace review team, interviewing participants as part of large-scale workplace reviews and analysing evidence to identify factors contributing to negative working environments.
She has an excellent understanding of police disciplinary processes and regulatory requirements and possesses superior evidence gathering, analytical and report writing skills.
