Sarah Hill is an accomplished Workplace Investigator and Training Specialist with more than 20 years’ experience in employment law, litigation and investigations.
Over her career, Sarah has conducted countless complex and sensitive investigations into all types of employee wrongdoing — including sexual harassment, bullying and discrimination — for public, private and not-for-profit employers, including government-owned corporations and professional boards, and across sectors such as resources, manufacturing, higher education and hospital and health services.
She applies superior organisational and analytical skills to the collation and analysis of complex evidence in large-scale investigations involving multiple participants.
Sarah is passionate about sharing her investigations knowledge and skills with internal workplace investigators through Q Workplace Training — the dedicated training arm of Q Workplace Solutions. She manages the firm’s growing online and in-person training program which includes scheduled workshops, tailored training opportunities and short skills-based on-demand courses.
