Susan Forder is a highly skilled Workplace Investigator whose legal acumen, person-centred approach and professional rigour and candour is highly valued by her clients.
Susan has conducted countless workplace investigations into alleged misconduct such as sexual harassment, bullying, conflicts of interest, fraud and whistleblower complaints. Some of these have been large-scale and complex matters involving more than 100 allegations and involving Crime and Corruption Commission oversight.
Susan has also led numerous pre-emptive reviews of organisations, teams and work sites, interviewing employees at all levels to diagnose what is not working and to identify actions to effect positive change.
As part of her role, Susan also provides advisory support to internal investigation teams in large organisations. This support includes:
- leading complex and sensitive investigations
- providing one-on-one coaching
- training investigators in procedurally fair and trauma-informed workplace investigations.
