Karen New joined Q Workplace Solutions in January 2026 as the firm’s Operations and Systems Manager.
Karen supports the national team across day to-day operations and systems and administrative functions, ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the business.
Karen is responsible for coordinating operational processes, supporting internal systems and workflows, and supporting the team in their delivery of quality workplace investigations, reviews, training and advisory services.
Karen also oversees office and building management, ensuring the workplace environment is well maintained and supports the needs of both staff and clients.
She is committed to continuous improvement in systems and operations, helping to streamline processes and enhance the overall functioning of the firm.
