As an employment law and industrial relations expert, Penny Brooke understands the challenges faced by internal HR, legal, WHS and compliance professionals responsible for managing employee complaints and internal investigations.
Penny applies this practical know-how and technical legal expertise – gained over more than 15 years in private practice and in-house positions – to her role at Q Workplace Solutions.
She has led investigations into a wide range of complaints including sexual harassment, bullying, conflicts of interest, retaliation and general misconduct and is an integral member of our workplace review team interviewing participants and analysing evidence.
Penny regularly draws on the expertise she honed working as Managing Counsel at an ASX-listed company to confidently lead high-stakes investigations, including those involving senior leaders and reputational risks.
