REVIEWS
We review workplaces to identify issues and actions for improvement
OUR
EXPERTISE
Anonymous complaints, high staff turnover and absenteeism can be symptoms of a disconnected and unproductive workplace
A workplace review is a diagnostic tool that delivers an independent, evidence-based assessment of workplace culture.
Reviews can help identify what’s working well, or not working well, in a workplace, and be a catalyst for organisational change and transformation.
Our firm has developed robust review processes that allow our reviewers to capture and analyse information from the workplace to identify and clearly communicate workplace issues and opportunities for improvement.
Our reviewers are skilled in trauma-informed, neuro-inclusive and culturally responsive interviewing techniques, and reviews involving Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander participants.
OUR
APPROACH
Our team tailor every review to the unique context of each organisation, the make-up of their workforce and the review objectives
We:
- discuss, design and agree the review scope and terms of
reference, including participant confidentiality and how potential
misconduct complaints will be handled - conduct the review, informed by interview protocols and targeted questions
- deliver the report, including an optional separate disclosure report
documenting any allegations of misconduct
We understand that cost certainty matters to employers. Our firm’s focus is on value, not time – which is why we offer fixed-fee review options.
WHAT OUR
CLIENTS SAY
Darling Downs Health has accepted and will fully implement all fourteen recommendations from a recent independent workplace culture review of the Toowoomba Hospital Maternity Service.
“We have briefed our maternity services staff today, explaining how extensive their engagement in the process was, how the outcomes flow from what they told the independent reviewers and how these have informed the report’s fourteen recommendations
“We have also outlined to them the plan moving forward and how these recommendations will now be embedded in our Maternity Action Plan, how they will be implemented in a considered, measured and timely way, and how they will be consulted on progress.
“Our staff have invested in this culture review because they care for and respect our maternity services at Toowoomba Hospital, and they care deeply for the women birthing in our service.”
