Sarah Peacock brings more than 25 years’ experience in workplace investigations, employment law, HR advisory work, industrial relations and employment tribunal advocacy to her role at Q Workplace Solutions.
The 20 years Sarah spent as an employment lawyer at two leading UK law firms advising and representing clients from various industries has proven valuable in her investigations work.
She possesses high-level technical, analytical and people skills – critical skills that she draws on in the workplace investigations and reviews she leads and supports for public, private and not-for-profit employers across industry sectors including healthcare, resources and professional services.
She is adept at managing complex matters involving multiple complainants and respondents with fairness and empathy.
