Q Workplace Solutions was founded in 2011 by respected employment law specialist Paula Hoctor
About a decade into a highly successful career with leading global law firm Herbert Smith Freehills (now Herbert Smith Freehills Kramer), Paula recognised the growing need for independent workplace investigators – professionals at arm’s length from an organisation who could objectively get to the heart of workforce complaints.

Today, Q Workplace Solutions is one of the largest independent workplace investigation firms in Australia and now offers additional services including workplace reviews, and advisory support and training for internal investigators.
