Paula Hoctor is an Australian workplace investigation specialist, lecturer, author and founder of national workplace investigations firm Q Workplace Solutions and its training arm, Q Workplace Training.

Paula is a co-editor of the industry-recognised handbook, Workplace Investigations: Principles and Practice (2nd Edition), and a casual academic at the University of Sydney lecturing in Workplace Investigations (Masters Program) at the Sydney Law School. She also leads Q Workplace Training’s growing suite of online and in-person public and tailored training workshops and programs for internal workplace investigators.

Paula is passionate about supporting the development of workplace investigators and regularly shares her investigations expertise and practical insights at legal, HR and investigations conferences and in articles published in journals and other media.
