Paula leads Q Workplace Solutions’ national team of legally trained and licensed investigators. She brings more than 25 years’ experience to her role, including a decade in employment law at Herbert Smith Freehills. She established Q Workplace Solutions in 2011 to meet growing demand for independent workplace investigation services. The firm has since expanded its offerings to include workplace culture reviews, and training and advisory support for internal investigators.

Paula is a co-editor of the recognised industry handbook, Workplace Investigations: Principles and Practice (Lexis Nexis 2023, 2nd Edition), lectures in workplace investigations at postgraduate level at Sydney Law School, and is a founding member of the Australian chapter of the International Association of Workplace Investigators. Paula regularly presents at national, international and industry conferences, reflecting her standing as one of Australia’s leading practitioners in the field.
