SERVICES
We get to the heart of conduct concerns and workplace tensions
We do this by asking the right questions, listening deeply and gathering the information needed to make well-reasoned factual findings or review recommendations.
As impartial external investigators and reviewers, our fair and proven processes play a crucial role in supporting positive organisational outcomes and building healthier workplace cultures.
PERSON-CENTRED
SERVICES

Our investigations and reviews are trauma-informed and culturally-responsive
Our investigators and reviewers are skilled in the conduct of trauma-informed workplace investigations and reviews that promote safety and respect.
We invest in ongoing training for our team, regularly working with experts, including a registered counseling therapist, to ensure we remain at the forefront of best practice.
We also lead trauma-informed workplace investigations training for internal investigators.
Since 2023, our team has worked closely with Indigenous Engagement Advisor Christina Coleman (pictured left) to educate and upskill our investigators in culturally-responsive interviewing, investigations and review practices.
She has also provided valuable in-person support and cultural advice during interviews with First Nations participants involved in workplace investigations and reviews (with participant/employer consent).
ENGAGING
OUR TEAM
We work with employers of every size in every sector across Australia
The depth of expertise across our national team of 20+ investigators, combined with our ability to conduct most of our work online, allows us to engage with workplaces anywhere in Australia.
We are engaged by law firms on behalf of clients and directly by employers for individual matters, such as workplace investigations and reviews. Employers can also engage our team for a mix of services, such as coaching, tailored training and investigations support, through a retainer arrangement.

PRACTICAL
EXPERT INSIGHTS
We have documented and shared our approach to investigations best practice in an industry-recognised handbook and practical toolkit.
Our investigators regularly share their insights in articles, at national and international conferences and university lectures.
