Berta Nagy combines her technical expertise as an employment law specialist with best practice trauma- informed principles and techniques to deliver culturally safe and impartial workplace investigations and workplace culture reviews.
Berta has led numerous workplace investigations into allegations of sexual harassment, bullying, conflicts of interest and misconduct in sectors such as health and resources.
She has also played a lead role in sensitive and complex workplace culture reviews in the public and private sectors.
Since joining the Q Workplace Solutions’ national team, Berta — who was born and raised in Hungary — has earned a reputation as a highly skilled and empathetic interviewer who is able to build rapport with participants from diverse cultural and socio-economic backgrounds, including Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples.
Creating and holding emotionally and culturally safe spaces for participants to share their recollections and experiences allows Berta to gather more comprehensive evidence, resulting in more reliable findings of fact.
