Lisa Coffey is a consummate, legally-qualified senior executive, with extensive experience in the areas of management of workplace complaints, and workforce diversity and inclusivity. Lisa served as the Anti-Discrimination Commissioner and Health and Community Services Complaints Commissioner in the Northern Territory, and was the Associate Commissioner, Investigations at New Zealand’s Health and Disability Commission. In these statutory roles and in her consulting work since, Lisa has conducted and overseen numerous workplace reviews and consulted on harassment and discrimination, workplace performance and conduct, whistle-blower complaints, as well as issues of public interest, health and safety.
