Sophie brings more than 12 years' experience as a workplace investigator, employment lawyer and workplace-related litigation specialist to Q Workplace Solutions. Sophie has extensive experience advising on and conducting independent workplace investigations in the private and public sectors, including across the sports, tech, finance, health, mining and education industries. As a former professional athlete, Sophie is passionate about sports integrity and has a special interest in sports investigations.
